Dear Michael,

Thanks very much for all your efforts over the past year in helping us find our new country home in rural Pickering, close to our kids and future grand kids.

We are looking forward to renovating our new home to meet our needs, then selling our Toronto home with you, so we can finally move to the country and enjoy our new life there.
